Shipping policy

MiraGlow is committed to delivering your order accurately and on time. This policy outlines how we process, ship, and deliver orders across Canada and the United States. All timelines, rates, and conditions below apply to every order placed on miraglow.ca.

Order Processing Time

We process all orders within 1-3 business days. Our cut-off time is 5:00 PM EST. Anything that comes in after gets picked up the following business day. We work Monday through Friday, so weekends and public holidays don’t count toward your processing window. 

Shipping Locations

We currently ship to Canada and the United States.

Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery times are consistent across all locations. Orders are delivered within 3–5 business days across Canada and the United States after processing.

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, customs processing, or peak seasons.

Shipping Costs 

Canada (CAD)

  • $9.99 flat rate shipping on orders between $0–$69.99. 
  • Free shipping on orders $70 and above. 

United States (USD)

  • $8.99 flat rate shipping on orders between $0–$59.99. 
  • Free shipping on orders $60 and above. 

Free shipping is automatically applied at checkout once your order meets the minimum threshold. No code needed. 

Order Tracking

You will get a tracking number by email as soon as your order is on its way. If 4 business days have passed and you still have not received it, check your spam folder before contacting us.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

All applicable taxes for Canadian orders are calculated and visible at checkout. For US orders, customs fees and import duties are determined by your country's customs authority (these charges are beyond our control and fall on the customer).

Delayed or Lost Orders

If your order is running late, the first thing to do is pull up your tracking link. If it has been sitting without movement for more than 5 business days, or if it says delivered but nothing has arrived, reach out, and we will get to the bottom of it.

Incorrect Address

Please verify your shipping address before completing your orders. We cannot redirect a package once it has left our facility. If you spot an error right after ordering, contact us straight away. If your order has not shipped yet, we will update it before it goes out.
