Refund policy
Every MiraGlow order is packed with intention, chosen carefully, handled with care, and sent out with the genuine hope that it makes a difference to your routine. This isn’t just something we say. It’s the standard we hold ourselves to every single day. But if your order didn’t arrive the way it should have (whether it's damaged, defective, or simply not what you expected), we’re more than happy to help.

1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns for both defective and non defective products, as long as the item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
2. Exchanges
We offer exchanges for eligible items, subject to the same conditions as returns. Please contact us to initiate an exchange request.
3. Product Condition for Returns
To qualify for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. This is how we make sure every MiraGlow product that reaches our customers is exactly what it should be.
4. Return Window
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return. We'd recommend checking your order as soon as it arrives.
5. Return Method
Returns are sent back by mail or courier. We request our customers not to ship anything before reaching out to us first. As soon as you reach out, our team will review your request and follow up with all the information you need to send your item back safely and without any confusion.
6. Return Shipping Cost
If your item arrives defective or incorrect, MiraGlow will cover the return shipping cost.
For all other returns, the return shipping cost is the customer’s responsibility.
7. Restocking Fee
MiraGlow does not charge any restocking fees. What you see is what you get.
8. Refund Processing Time
Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 7 business days. You'll hear from us once it's been reviewed. Keep in mind that your bank or card provider may take a little additional time on their end.
9. Refund Method
Your refund will be issued back to the original payment method used at the time of purchase, straight back to where it came from.
10. Non-Returnable Items
Opened or used skincare products cannot be returned under any circumstances. This is a firm hygiene and safety standard, one we hold to protect every single customer we serve, including you.
